Inaugurated at start of the 2025/2026 academic year, the English Curriculum of Prépa Saint Jean marks a significant step in the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and international education with the study model of two years of common core courses and three years of specialization abroad. This new program offers students an exceptional opportunity to pursue their studies 100% in English while benefiting from Prépa Saint Jean’s strong tradition of rigor, discipline, and innovation.

About Programs
The engineering cycle consists of TWO Fields of study which have a wide range of specializations; GENERALIST ENGINEERING and CIVIL ENGINEERING programs. The first two years of studies in Cameroon is a GENERALIST Program which is geared towards fundamental engineering sciences, preparing the learner for specialization in our Prestigious partner school of Engineering; CESI in France, as from the third year.
The particularity of this program is the possibility to attend a Semester Exchange program or A Double Degree Program in the USA or Canada in the fifth year. This semester exchange program gives the learner more international exposure in terms of academics and professionalism. The learner equally acquires a Double Engineering Degree at the end of their studies, which is CTI accredited.
Generalist Engineering and Civil Engineering Program
The General Engineering program at PREPA SAINT JEAN is a two-year preparatory course offering direct access to international opportunities in the third year of engineering studies.
- Duration: 24 Months (Full-Time)
- Structure: The course program is structured by semester with modules to boost creativity and learning.
Core Topics
- Students have a learner program and are trained in the basic subjects of Engineering: MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, COMPUTER SCIENCE and ENGINEERING SCIENCE.
- But also on managerial modules such as Human Resources, languages, English, Philosophy.
